Ken Gorin, a 37-year auto industry veteran, is President and CEO of THE COLLECTION, South Florida's premiere luxury automotive dealership housing the globe's most celebrated automotive brands.

In the 18 years he has lived in South Florida, Gorin has contributed to countless charities, taking special interest in children's causes.  He sits on the chairman's committee and is a wish-granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, an organization that grants wishes to children with life-threatening diseases, and is a proud benefactor of Amigos for Kids, a local organization committed to helping abused, abandoned, and less fortunate children.  In addition, he has supported a host of other organizations including Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Big Brothers Big Sisters, His House Children's Home, the YMCA of Greater Miami, the Junior League of Greater Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Humane Society of greater Miami, Bay Point Schools, Consequences Foundation, Coral Gables Community Foundation, St. Philips School, University of Miami - CURED, Miami Children's Museum, Miami Children's Hospital, Temple Beth Am, Baptist Hospital Foundation, The Greater Miami Jewish Federation and many more.

Gorin is also actively involved in automotive and business associations including the National Automobile Dealers Association, the American International Automobile Dealers Association, South Florida Automobile Dealers Association, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Beacon Council. He is a past member of Porsche North America's Dealer Board of Regents and Audi of North America's Dealer Council.

Since 1995, under Gorin's guidance, THE COLLECTION has risen to become of the country's most successful luxury dealerships and is recognized for providing the highest level of customer service. Additionally, the company consistently receives an extremely high mark in the all manufacturers' Customer Satisfaction Indexes (CSI) and is recipient of several industry awards and accolades including The Premier Porsche Dealer Award.

Nick joined THE COLLECTION Porsche Sales Team in 2017 and is originally from the United Kingdom. Nick has been with the Porsche brand for the last 16 years, previously as a factory development driver and brand ambassador. 

I currently live in Miami, Florida with my family. Assisting in my client's journey and finding the right vehicle for them is what I  love about my job.

Gustavo Borges joined THE COLLECTION in 2013 as a Certified Pre-Owned Sales Associate. In 2017, he was promoted to the Porsche Sales team.

During his time at THE COLLECTION, he has been recognized for Outstanding CSI and for Outstanding dedication.

Gustavo, enjoys dinning at fine restaurants, playing and watching soccer, visiting the gym, going for a swim and most importantly spending time with his wife and daughter.

Brandon Dahlman joined THE COLLECTION in August 2020 and is a  Porsche Global Certified Brand Ambassador.

Gilmore Delima joined THE COLLECTION family in 2003 and is currently a Global Certified Brand Ambassador. During his tenure, he has been recognized for Outstanding CSI and for Outstanding Dedication at THE COLLECTION Porsche.

Gilmore is currently supports St. Jude Children's Hospital and the Save the Amazon Rain Forest Organization. He is also a member of the Porsche BMW Owners Club, Formula Auto Racing Association and the US Little League Club Soccer Coaches.

Outside of the office, Gilmore enjoys auto racing, soccer, tennis, boxing, yoga and transcendental meditation.

Julio Mata has 19 years of experience in the automotive industry, with 12 of those years here at THE COLLECTION.

While working at THE COLLECTION, he has been recognized as Salesman of the Year several times and has received the Porsche Customer Satisfaction Award for 5 consecutive years. Julio has worked closely with the Make A Wish Foundation, the Jewish Federation, Art Basel and several other community programs.

Eric boasts a 15 year career at THE COLLECTION. He is a Perfect Attendance award-recipient at THE COLLECTION Porsche and in 2013 received the award for Advancing Customer Service and Job Commitment beyond expectations.

Born in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. Grew up in Miami and graduated from  U. of Miami class of 2005.  I love spending time with my wife, Ivana, my 9yr old son, Daniel, and my 3 year old daughter, Rebecca. They are everything to me. 

I am Dominican American.  Born in New Jersey and moved to Miami when I was 10 years old. I am a father of 3 boys. When I'm not assisting my clients find the right Porsche for them, I enjoy living an athletic lifestyle, barbecuing, and boating. Currently, I enjoy watching Formula 1 and Standup Comedy Specials. 

I have been in the automotive industry since 2007 and my career with THE COLLECTION began in 2013, when I joined their Parts and Service Department working with all our brands. Shortly after, I moved to the Sales side with THE COLLECTION AUDI, and I joined THE COLLECTION Porsche Team in 2022. 

William Peña joined THE COLLECTION in March 2003 as a Porsche Sales Associate. In October of 2003, he was promoted to Certified Pre-Owned Finance Manager. In October of 2009, William was named Porsche CPO Sales Manager.

Outside of the showroom, William enjoys spending time with his family.

Rafael Baquero joined THE COLLECTION in July 2017 as a Pre-Owned Sales Associate.

Dumitru Cosnicean joined THE COLLECTION in October 2018 as a Pre-Owned Sales Associate.

Jorge Penas joined THE COLLECTION in April 2011 as a Pre-Owned Sales Associate.

Carlos Tamayo joined THE COLLECTION in June 2018 as a Pre-Owned Sales Associate.

Jesus Valido joined THE COLLECTION in February 2021 as a Pre-Owned Sales Associate.

Leo Visconti joined THE COLLECTION in November 2020 as a Pre-Owned Sales Associate.

Carlos joined The Collection team in November 2015, bringing with him over 19 years of service field experience and developing many strong relationships with his clients. Carlos is a client service specialist providing the upmost customer care having a true compassion for helping others.

Scott Struble is Porsche Certified Service Manager at THE COLLECTION.  Struble boasts twenty years of automotive experience. 

In 1999, Struble joined THE COLLECTION.  Once at THE COLLECTION he held numerous service management positions until he attained the coveted role of Porsche Service Manager in 2012.

In his position, Struble manages all aspects of the Porsche Service Department's operations overseeing 16 Porsche Certified technicians (five of which are Gold Level), four Porsche Certified service advisors. 

He is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining processes to ensure that departmental objectives are achieved regarding customer satisfaction, labor and repair order parts sales, gross profit and expense control.  Struble carries out this responsibility by building customer relationships, operating his department at maximum productivity, creating a good work environment, and properly managing the assets of the department.

Dari Antonio joined THE COLLECTION in 2020 and is currently a Certified Porsche Brand Ambassador. 

Marcos has been in the automotive industry as a service client specialist since 1992 and in the luxury segment for over 20 years. He is dedicated to providing excellent service and a genuine experience. He has a passion for automobiles and dedication to customer service.
